About
Fran brings over two decades of leadership experience in enrollment management. Most recently, as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing at Neumann University, Fran oversaw undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, admissions operations, marketing, and public relations. Throughout Fran’s career, enrollment has grown consistently, supported by comprehensive recruitment plans spanning high school through graduate levels.
A recognized expert in the field, Fran is frequently interviewed on live broadcasts and quoted in numerous publications, especially on topics related to financial aid and financial education. Earlier in Fran’s career, Fran bridged the gap between student affairs and graduate enrollment management by creating a graduate orientation program and fostering a strong graduate culture on campus.
Fran plays an active role in The Association of Graduate Enrollment Management (NAGAP), serving as a member of the Experts Bureau for over a decade, and currently as NAGAP’s Vice President and External Relations and Partnership Chair. In 2019, Fran received the prestigious NAGAP Distinguished Service Award.
