Using what we learned, we broke down the prospective student audience into three mindsets with four personas for each. We mapped out student journeys and crafted key messaging points, so that Kelley Direct could create an admissions experience tied directly into the motivations and concerns of their prospective students.

The Creative Phase
We brought it all together to revamp the visual identity of the Kelley Direct Online MBA brand and help them express online education in an entirely new way.
